I support clients who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, disordered eating, and domestic violence. Life can be really challenging and clients often tell me that they have so much going on in their lives that they're struggling to cope day to day. If you're tired of struggling and want to find some support and learn some tools to feel better equipped to handle the struggles, then you've come to the right place.

In our work together, we'll set manageable goals that feel right for you, which often include increasing your awareness of the mind-body connection, developing a sustainable work-life balance, improving your boundaries in relationships with others, and increasing self compassion

In my work with clients, I support those who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns including (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, disordered eating/body image, and domestic violence. So if you’re tired of struggling with these issues and want to find some support while learning some tools to handle these struggles, welcome!

In our work together, we’ll set goals that feel right for you, which often include increasing your awareness of the stories held in our body, developing a work-life balance, improving your boundaries in relationships with others in your life, and increasing self compassion and empathy. You may have long term goals, or you may have short term goals for more immediate concerns.

Some common therapeutic approaches include: somatic therapy - which is body oriented, and aims to resolve symptoms that get held in the body related to stress and trauma. Narrative approaches, person centred, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and mindfulness and self compassion.
